BSH DISTRIBUTOR CONVENTION 2021
A truly treasurable experience in creating a grand occasion for BSH. The framework for the event was designed for their distributors.
Insights
– The chosen venue was W Hotel, The Palm.
– We commenced the deal starting off with the spectacular logo of BSH Distributors Convention 2021 at the entrance and making a path for the beautiful theme and design set in place.
– The venue was looking spacious as their patron list was a handful, and as per our client’s requirement the aura sensed should be a feeling of togetherness, therefore the entire setup had to be changed.
LAUNCH OF AVIV CLINICS DUBAI
As one of the top event management companies in Dubai, we were honored to plan and execute the Launch Ceremony of Aviv Clinics Dubai by DP World. Aviv Clinics Dubai is the very first facility in the UAE and focuses on brain performance and its specialty wings, offers the latest advancements in assessing, treating, and improving cognitive and physical performance.

So what happens when you have 17 days in hand to plan and execute an Event?
The initial brief was to host the event on a lovely flat surface inside the Port. Once the plan was finalized, we structured out the Facility for the event along with all other documentation. We were excited to execute the same. However, However, However, the location was changed to a different location once again inside the Port on the main VLCC berth. The process began all over again.
DEALERS MEET IN DUBAI – APOLLO
The Apollo dealers meet was held at the Atlantis, the Palm hotel in Palm Jumeirah. A 2-day fun-filled event with Entertainment at its best along with Product Demonstration, Introduction to new Services and Product Training were the key elements of the event. Awards were handed over to the best dealers from India.
The main stage was mapped using 21k lumens projectors. A total of 6 projectors were rigged to the ceiling of the Atlantis Ballroom. The Spice ballroom was utilized as an additional room for training. Customized Badges with Lanyards, Conference Material, and several other branding elements were at use during the meeting.
From start to finish, Seven Eleven Events handled our corporate conference with precision and grace. Their ability to seamlessly manage every aspect of the event allowed us to focus on our objectives and engage with our attendees.
I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our exhibition, all thanks to Seven Eleven Events. Their expertise in booth design, logistics management, and on-site coordination ensured a seamless and successful event.
